Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured graduate apprenticeship program designed to develop technical and professional expertise.
• Support various financial functions including fund accounting, financial reporting, risk analysis, or compliance.
• Execute daily tasks such as calculating net asset values, preparing financial statements, or monitoring regulatory compliance.
• Maintain high standards of accountability and adhere to the company's Code of Conduct and risk excellence culture.
• Collaborate with mentors and senior professionals to learn industry-leading practices.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics preferred (other majors considered).
• Strong analytical capabilities and academic aptitude.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• A strong desire to build a long-term career within the financial services industry.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous involvement with student organizations or extracurricular leadership roles.
• Some professional experience or internship exposure in a corporate environment.
