Since 2014, L’École des XV has worked to offer children from sensitive neighborhoods the same chances of success as everyone else. Our program combines academic support with sports and educational activities based on the values of rugby: respect, commitment, solidarity, and self-improvement.
Responsibilities
- Animation and supervision of rugby sessions (2 evening sessions and 2 Wednesday afternoon sessions)
- Participation in educational sessions and homework assistance
- Contribution to the monitoring and preparation of sports session content
- Application of the École des XV pedagogical methodology
- Ensuring respect for rules and monitoring the behavior of young people
- Supporting the daily functioning of the structure and the educational team
Requirements
- Enrollment in a BPJEPS Rugby or APT (Activités Physiques pour Tous) program
- Sense of responsibility and autonomy
- Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt and organize
- Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel)
- Motivation and perseverance
