Apprentice Retail Management

Responsibilities

• Learn all facets of retail from the ground up, including product presentation and ordering
• Provide excellent customer service and professional advice to shoppers
• Manage cash register operations and handle returns or complaints
• Rotate through all central areas of the store to gain comprehensive experience
• Support store leaders and team members in daily operational workflows

Requirements

• Positive school degree
• Good German language skills
• Strong customer service orientation and friendliness
• High affinity for fashion and interest in the textile retail industry
• Reliable team player capable of working independently
• Proficiency in MS Office

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous practical experience in textile or retail through internships or part-time jobs
