Apprentice – Reporting & Data Analytics

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and automate reports, dashboards, and MIS using Power BI and Excel
• Perform data extraction, validation, and analysis from SAP systems
• Support business teams with ad-hoc reporting and analytics requests
• Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to drive decision-making
• Build and optimize SQL and Alteryx workflows
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and drive process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (recent graduates preferred)
• Exposure to Data Analytics, Data Science, or Statistics
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP)
• Familiarity with Power BI and SQL
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications in data analytics or business intelligence
• Understanding of data visualization best practices
• Basic understanding of ETL processes
• Experience with automation tools such as Power Query or macros
