Responsibilities
- Manage physical and telephone reception for guests
- Handle guest check-in and check-out processes
- Manage reservations and process bookings
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues
- Implement upselling sales actions
- Process guest billing and invoicing
- Perform administrative tasks and manage emails
- Ensure cash register accuracy
- Assist with luggage porterage
