Apprentice Piercer

Responsibilities

• Educate clients on the Studs experience and brand through the selling cycle
• Deliver professional communication with clients throughout their experience
• Follow piercing operating procedures and safety regulations
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance, sterilized inventory, and tools
• Prioritize studio compliance and standard operating procedures
• Provide best-in-class service to everyone in the studio

Requirements

• 3 years of relevant work experience
• Experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist preferred
• Ability to pierce a minimum of 18 appointments per day
• Ability to visually inspect ear anatomy for advanced piercings
• Steady hand for precision work
• Ability to lift 20 lbs and handle chemicals safely
• Availability for flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to travel to a training location for the 6-week program
