Responsibilities

• Embodies a performance-oriented culture by meeting and exceeding expectations
• Serves as a brand ambassador and educates clients on the Studs experience
• Delivers professional communication with clients throughout their experience
• Follows piercing operating procedures and regulations to ensure safety standards
• Maintains detailed records of maintenance, sterilized inventory, and tools
• Prioritizes studio compliance and adheres to standard operating procedures

Requirements

• 3 years of relevant work experience
• Experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist preferred
• Ability to pierce a minimum of 18 appointments per day
• Ability to visually inspect ear anatomy and deliver piercings with a steady hand
• Ability to lift 20 lbs and handle chemicals safely
• Availability for flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to travel to a studio location for the duration of the training program
