Apprentice Performance & Support – Quality Control Laboratory

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze laboratory performance indicators (KPIs)
• Manage trends related to quality, lead times, flows, and process performance
• Propose and develop new relevant indicators for laboratory activities
• Create and update performance tracking sheets and dashboards
• Develop and improve reporting tools and participate in automation projects
• Support the Quality Control assistant team with technical documentation and daily operational requests
• Contribute to cross-functional projects related to laboratory performance
• Conduct monitoring of new tools and technologies to improve laboratory management

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac +5) in Industrial Performance, Quality, Engineering, Data, Continuous Improvement, or an equivalent field
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in Minitab for statistical analysis and trend monitoring
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI for reporting and dashboard creation
• Strong analytical skills, rigor, and autonomy
• Ability to work effectively in a team within a laboratory environment
