Apprentice Organic Materials and Manufacturing Processes Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for production activities related to organic materials
• Contribute to the qualification of materials and manufacturing processes, including equipment and validations
• Propose and implement continuous improvement actions within the department
• Participate in R&D projects involving testing, analysis, and process optimization
• Analyze technical data and draft detailed reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as production, quality, and maintenance

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master's degree level (BAC + 5) engineering program
• Strong interest in composite materials and manufacturing processes
• Interest in continuous improvement and technical environments
• Proficiency in English (Advanced) and French (Fluent)
• Strong analytical skills, rigor, and ability to work autonomously
• Interest in process/material simulation and programming is a plus
