Apprentice Management Controller

Responsibilities

• Support the Finance department during monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Ensure the reliability of technical data within the information system through cost control analysis
• Participate in the production of recurring reports, including revenue and margins by product and client
• Maintain the reliability of stock movements and physical inventories
• Assist in the creation of new items by entering financial data into the information system
• Monitor purchase requests and ensure budget compliance
• Support the construction and optimization of budgetary controls within the new information system
• Produce ad-hoc analyses as requested by Management and operational teams
• Support project managers with the financial analysis of industrial projects

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Management or Finance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
• Minimum English level of B2 for international communication
• Demonstrated reliability, commitment, and autonomy
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment
• Knowledge of CEGID or Power BI is a plus
