Apprentice - Maintenance and Repairs

Responsibilities

• Analyze the purchasing portfolio for the maintenance category to identify improvement opportunities
• Learn key buyer functions including purchase orders, negotiations, and purchasing strategy
• Identify areas for improvement within specific purchasing scopes, such as electrical maintenance
• Manage the follow-up of claims with support from dedicated buyers
• Standardize SAP contract structures and harmonize contract management processes
• Manage spot orders and specific maintenance contracts
• Conduct data analysis using Excel to identify synergies across the services procurement portfolio

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Procurement, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proficient in Excel and standard Microsoft Office tools
• Fluency in both French and English is required
• Demonstrated interest in procurement and supplier management
