Apprentice Machine and Plant Operator Food Technology

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up packaging machinery and production equipment
• Perform commissioning, maintenance, and minor repairs on machines
• Monitor production processes to ensure smooth and efficient workflows
• Conduct quality checks on packaged products to meet company standards
• Take on increasing responsibility for specific manufacturing steps under professional guidance

Requirements

• Minimum of a Hauptschulabschluss (secondary school certificate)
• Good to very good proficiency in German
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Technical curiosity and motivation to learn mechanical and technical processes
• High attention to detail and a preference for precise work
