About the role
Responsibilities
- Draft and review various contracts including IT, NDA, T&Cs, cloud, procurement, maintenance, partnerships, data processing agreements, and SaaS licenses
- Participate in compliance projects related to Sapin II and GDPR, including risk analysis and procedure evolution
- Assist with corporate legal matters such as board documentation, general meetings, and drafting minutes
- Support the listed parent company with regulatory obligations and universal registration documents
- Conduct legal research to monitor legislative changes and inform internal teams
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Master 2 in Business Law, New Technologies Law, or a similar field
- Seeking a 1 or 2-year apprenticeship
- Previous experience in a company or law firm handling contracts or legal files is a plus
- Strong analytical and legal drafting skills
- Fluent in English and French
