Responsibilities

• Learn to perform maintenance and repair on household appliances (washing machines, refrigerators, ovens, etc.)
• Travel to customer locations in a service vehicle to provide high-quality interventions
• Learn to diagnose faults with rigor and propose suitable solutions
• Maintain excellent customer relations and advise clients on the use and maintenance of their appliances
• Learn to record interventions via smartphone to ensure precise and efficient follow-up

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in training in electromechanics, electrotechnics, or a related technical field
• Passion for repairing and maintaining household appliances
• Comfortable using digital tools and dedicated applications
• Valid Driver's License (Permis B) is essential
• Strong sense of service and good adaptability
