Apprentice - Internal Communications

Responsibilities

• Develop materials and implement communication activities across various channels, including video, articles, events, and campaigns.
• Produce weekly global internal newsletters (Alstom Weekly & Management Weekly) and track their progress.
• Act as a content creator and quality gatekeeper for the Manager Corner on the company intranet.
• Propose new ideas for communication formats and tools to improve engagement.
• Assist in the planning and organization of online events and conferences.
• Monitor and report on the impact of communication actions through reports and presentations.
• Support the roll-out of new digital platforms and animate internal communities.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a journalism school or a communication-related master's degree.
• Excellent writing, storytelling, editing, and proof-reading skills in English.
• Proficiency in O365 tools, specifically PowerPoint and SharePoint.
• Strong analytical skills to understand target audiences and messaging strategies.
• Ability to create attractive digital communication materials using new technologies.
• Proactive, organized, and a quick learner ready to take on responsibility.
• French language skills are a plus.
• Seeking a two-year apprenticeship starting in September 2026.
