Apprentice Industrial Performance Specialist

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure production efficiency on the A321 Final Assembly Line (FAL)
• Support the deployment of continuous improvement standards and visual management rituals through the Airbus Operating System (AOS)
• Act as an interface between operational field teams and management to ensure fluid communication and facilitate decision-making
• Assist the management team with strategic planning tasks and employee engagement initiatives

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a BAC +5 level education program
• Field of study in Industrial Performance or a related engineering discipline
• Fluent in French
• Intermediate level of English
