Apprentice in Industrial Production Management/Logistics Electrical Center

Responsibilities

• Launch monthly routines and evaluate production needs and medium-term recovery plans
• Define production scenarios based on factory schedules and available resources
• Propose optimal solutions to meet program and factory requirements
• Prepare and lead main production meetings to secure stakeholder engagement
• Build, analyze, and update execution and delivery KPIs, and define improvement plans
• Communicate production scenarios to all relevant stakeholders
• Ensure schedule compliance and maintain parameters within planning tools

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a BAC +5/6 level education program in Industrial Production Management, Logistics, or an equivalent field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to model complex data
• Excellent relational and communication skills for shopfloor negotiation
• Proven project management skills with a results-oriented mindset
• Intermediate level of English
• Fluent in French
