Apprentice in Digital Connectivity and Data Exchange

Responsibilities

• Identify business use cases by interviewing stakeholders in Procurement, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality to solve collaboration issues.
• Evaluate existing remote access patterns to determine which applications should transition to modern data exchange models like APIs and Data Spaces.
• Act as a technical liaison between the Extended Enterprise team, the Decade-X product team, internal data exchange solution teams, and external suppliers.
• Document new onboarding methods and workflows for external partners to ensure scalable and optimized processes.
• Support change management by creating user guides, webinars, and FAQs to facilitate the adoption of new digital platforms.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a BAC +4/5 level program in IT Project Management, Digital Transformation, or Cybersecurity.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to decompose complex processes into data flows.
• Basic technical understanding of Cloud environments, APIs, data security protocols, and collaborative platforms.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
• Fluency in both English and French.
