Apprentice in Building Operations

Responsibilities

• Operation and maintenance of buildings and technical systems
• Energy monitoring and implementation of sustainable solutions
• Troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance
• Follow-up of suppliers and service partners
• Use of modern FDV systems and digital tools
• Ensuring HSE and safe operation of properties
• Interaction with tenants and building users

Requirements

• Positive attitude and ability to collaborate
• Reliable and punctual
• Responsible approach to tasks
• Curious and eager to learn
• Currently completing or having completed relevant VG1 studies
