Apprentice- HR Commercial Sales & Services

Responsibilities

• Design and reinvent the strategic onboarding journey and cultural induction for new hires
• Support Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) and talent development initiatives through creative research and program design
• Execute employee engagement strategies and culture-shifting events
• Analyze workforce intelligence, attrition trends, and productivity metrics using data analytics
• Maintain HR dashboards and use predictive modeling to forecast talent needs
• Translate complex workforce data into visually stunning executive presentations for senior stakeholders
• Draft engaging internal communications aligned with corporate identity

Requirements

• Fresh Post Graduate (class of 2025-2026)
• Zero prior full-time professional work experience
• Ability to commit to the full 12-month apprenticeship duration
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Keynote, etc.)
• Experience or familiarity with Gemini / AI tools
• Fluency in English with strong professional communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data patterns

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Design Thinking methodologies
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, global environment
• Creative mindset for problem-solving and experience design
