Apprentice - General Industrial Services

Responsibilities

• Support the procurement team with sourcing and purchasing activities for General Industrial Services across the Cluster
• Assist in gathering and analyzing spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and site logistics teams to support business continuity
• Support the implementation of improvement and cost optimization initiatives alongside Lead Users and Buyers
• Assist with supplier and market research, including price benchmarking and information gathering
• Participate in cross-functional and cross-cluster projects to share best practices
• Manage global projects aimed at helping users control costs, such as defining catalog pricing
• Negotiate and formalize hourly rates with service providers through pricing agreements

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Procurement, Engineering, Supply Chain, or an equivalent field
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Excel and standard Microsoft Office tools
• Fluency in both French and English
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills
• Technical mindset with a genuine interest in industrial procurement categories
