Online Labels Group is a growing production team dedicated to label manufacturing. We offer a structured Flexographic Press Apprenticeship Program designed to prepare individuals for long-term careers in the industry through hands-on, technical training.

Responsibilities

• Learn flexographic press operation and setup
• Perform plate mounting and manage ink systems
• Handle materials and make press adjustments
• Conduct print quality control and inspections
• Troubleshoot mechanical and print issues
• Manage the full label production lifecycle
• Operate specific flexographic press equipment safely

Requirements

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to stand for long periods in a production environment
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Willingness to work flexible shifts after initial training
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to communicate in English
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical school, vocational training, or mechanical certification
• Manufacturing, printing, or machine operation experience
• Experience working with industrial equipment or production machinery
