Apprentice Finance and Accounting Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support the finance and accounting team with daily administrative tasks
• Assist with payment transactions and the preparation of simple bank transfers
• Help check and record invoices, cash receipts, and bank statements
• Utilize modern AI tools to improve efficiency in daily financial operations
• Assist with official reports to authorities and payroll preparation tasks
• Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems

Requirements

• Strong interest in numbers and commercial processes
• High level of accuracy, diligence, and reliability
• Very good written and spoken German skills
• Friendly demeanor and strong communication skills
• Motivation to learn new processes and technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Good command of the English language
