Apprentice Ergonomist

Responsibilities

• Identify key variables and criteria for process and product development phases in clipping operations
• Propose and implement improvements for maintenance activities to address organizational, environmental, technical, and human risks
• Participate in the animation of the Group's international ergonomics network
• Share best practices and feedback through site communications and experience reports
• Support transverse projects such as exoskeleton development, postural analysis software monitoring, and training deployment

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bac+4/5 degree in Ergonomics
• Intermediate English proficiency (B2 level)
• Previous field experience in ergonomics with the ability to manage the full analysis process
• Strong methodical and scientific analysis skills
• Proficiency in Office 365 (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Excellent communication, synthesis, and teamwork skills
• Autonomous, curious, and proactive mindset
