Responsibilities

• Assist electricians with installations, repairs, troubleshooting, and general electrical tasks
• Help with pulling wire, mounting equipment, installing battery systems, and preparing job sites
• Follow instructions to help ensure installs meet inspection requirements and internal quality standards
• Work alongside experienced electricians to build practical skills and real-world electrical knowledge
• Organize tools, stage materials, and help keep job sites clean, safe, and efficient
• Participate in occasional after-hours or weekend work as needed to support urgent field needs

Requirements

• Enrolled in or eligible for an electrical apprenticeship program in Illinois preferred
• 0–2+ years of construction, electrical, or hands-on trade experience is a plus
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow directions and work well with a team
