Responsibilities

• Assist licensed electricians with installations, repairs, troubleshooting, and general electrical tasks
• Help with pulling wire, mounting equipment, setting up battery systems, and preparing job sites
• Follow instructions to ensure installs meet inspection requirements and internal quality standards
• Organize tools, stage materials, and maintain clean, safe, and efficient job sites
• Participate in occasional after-hours or weekend work as needed

Requirements

• Enrolled in or eligible for an Apprentice Electrician program
• Texas Apprentice License preferred
• 0–2+ years of construction, electrical, or hands-on trade experience is a plus
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow directions and work well within a team

Benefits

• Apprentice Pay: $25/hr
• Clear opportunities to grow toward a Wireman or Journeyman role
