About the Company
BayWa CS GmbH is a 100% subsidiary of BayWa AG and operates a Customer Service Center in Passau for the BayWa Group. We serve as the central contact point for our customers, employees, and clients, employing around 85 people across two locations in Upper Palatinate and Lower Bavaria.
Responsibilities
- Sell services in the field of direct and telemarketing
- Provide customer support via telephone, email, and social media
- Solve customer problems and assist with product selection
- Handle customer complaints
- Evaluate statistics and assist in accounting tasks
- Utilize modern office communication technology
Requirements
- Enjoy interacting with people
- Strong persuasive skills
- Ability to analyze problems and find solutions
- Minimum of a secondary school certificate (Mittlere Reife)
