Apprentice - Customer & Program Solutions

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and development of digital solutions using modern tech stacks including Python, Java, React, Angular, AWS Cloud, and Palantir Foundry.
• Support the integration of AI and data-driven capabilities into applications to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum teams, Architects, and Business Stakeholders to deliver and test digital products.
• Participate in innovation initiatives, prototyping, and experimentation to explore new technologies.

Requirements

• Fresh Graduate (Technical Undergraduate or Postgraduate) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, Electrical, or a related field.
• Zero prior full-time professional work experience (internships and academic projects are welcome).
• Strong fundamentals in Python.
• Basic web development skills using Node.js and React or Angular.
• Solid understanding of Data Structures and basic SQL knowledge.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Ability to commit to the full 12-month apprenticeship duration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Machine Learning or Generative AI.
• Basic understanding of AWS cloud services.
• Exposure to DevOps practices.
• Experience with PySpark, Big Data, or Google Apps Script.
