Apprentice Configuration Management Business Performance

Responsibilities

• Improve the performance and workload management system for the A330 and A350 Configuration Management teams.
• Contribute to the convergence and deployment of the workload and performance management system across all department teams and sub-teams.
• Analyze available data to identify key areas for improvement, enhancing the performance of both the team and its stakeholders.
• Work under the guidance of a tutor to develop professional skills within a transnational and multifunctional environment.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a BAC +5 level training program in Aerospace engineering or an equivalent field.
• Strong understanding of the aeronautical sector.
• Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to analyze large datasets.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with database management.
• Minimum intermediate level of proficiency in both English and French.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and propose efficient working methods.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
