Responsibilities
- Assist the Chef de partie in culinary preparation for individual guests and congresses
- Perform various preparation tasks including weighing ingredients and peeling
- Execute preparations through mixing and/or transformation
- Ensure plating and service of dishes according to established standards
- Respect and apply hygiene and preservation rules according to HACCP methods
Requirements
- Deep sense of discipline
- Good presentation and team spirit
- Passion for the culinary profession
- Availability for start date between July and September
