Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry tasks in a controlled factory setting and on residential job sites
• Frame and assemble wall, floor, and roof components using standardized methods
• Assist in installing doors, windows, subfloors, sheathing, and other structural elements
• Collaborate with team members to ensure assemblies are accurate and consistent
• Interpret shop and construction drawings to guide builds and installations
• Operate saws, nailers, routers, and other woodworking tools safely
• Conduct quality checks to ensure assemblies meet company standards
• Maintain clean, organized workspaces and follow all safety procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in overhead positions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship
• Team-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of carpentry experience
• Experience in framing, sheathing, and installation of windows and doors
