Apprentice Buyer

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the structuring of the Purchasing function, including methods, tools, and processes
• Map and analyze the supplier panel
• Participate in supplier negotiations regarding costs, lead times, quality, and commitments
• Drive ESG initiatives and supplier compliance in alignment with Getinge Group requirements
• Analyze purchasing performance and identify optimization levers
• Participate in cross-functional projects involving R&D, Quality, Finance, and Operations

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master's program (M1 or M2) with a specialization in Purchasing, Strategy, Supply Chain, or Performance
• Strong analytical skills and a rigorous approach to tasks
• Ability to work autonomously and maintain strong interpersonal relationships
• Professional proficiency in English
• Demonstrated interest in the medical device industry and regulated environments
