Apprentice Business Lawyer

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to various teams regarding their activities and project implementation
• Participate in the preparation, review, and negotiation of contracts including purchasing, service provision, sales, distribution, partnerships, and NDAs
• Assist in developing and updating standard contract templates
• Collaborate with compliance teams to provide legal support regarding benefit framework regulations
• Conduct legal monitoring, perform research on specific legal themes, and draft legal notes
• Support the implementation of tools to track and optimize the legal department's activities

Requirements

• Master 2 in Business Law
• Knowledge of Health Law is preferred
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills
• Excellent writing and oral communication skills
• Highly organized, rigorous, and proactive
