About the role
Responsibilities
- Participate in the production of sourdough breads, viennoiseries, and pastries
- Work in a specialized workshop using slow fermentation and local flours
- Support the culinary needs of multiple luxury establishments, including La Grenouillère, Anecdote, and Froggy's Tavern
- Contribute to the excellence and reputation of the Alexandre Gauthier houses
Requirements
- Punctuality and availability for early morning or daytime shifts
- Strong organizational skills and a rigorous approach to work
- A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
- Sensitivity to the culinary vision of Chef Alexandre Gauthier
