About the role

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the production of sourdough breads, viennoiseries, and pastries
  • Work in a specialized workshop using slow fermentation and local flours
  • Support the culinary needs of multiple luxury establishments, including La Grenouillère, Anecdote, and Froggy's Tavern
  • Contribute to the excellence and reputation of the Alexandre Gauthier houses

Requirements

  • Punctuality and availability for early morning or daytime shifts
  • Strong organizational skills and a rigorous approach to work
  • A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
  • Sensitivity to the culinary vision of Chef Alexandre Gauthier
