Apprentice Assembler

Responsibilities

• Prepare stators and rotors before assembly
• Assemble all parts according to plans and procedures
• Perform rotor-to-stator fitting
• Conduct electrical tests on stators
• Detect equipment failures and manufacturing anomalies
• Verify product compliance through self-control
• Perform motor finishing, including coupling assembly
• Conduct first-level maintenance on workstations

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a mechanic training program (CAP/BEP)
• Passion for mechanics
• Ability to be versatile and learn different techniques
• Autonomy and reactivity
• Rigor and professional conscience
• Team spirit and good interpersonal skills
