Apprentice AI and Human Factors Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support the acceleration and industrialization of Generative AI projects.
• Participate in the horizontal and vertical deployment of AI solutions across various manuals and helicopter models.
• Identify risks and bridge the gap between technical data activities and user needs to ensure seamless Human-AI interaction.
• Conduct work card testing directly on helicopters to optimize documentation safety, quality, and cost-efficiency.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master's level program (BAC +5) in Engineering, AI Development, or Software Architecture.
• Solid technical knowledge in software development, architecture, and Artificial Intelligence.
• Sensitivity to Human Factors and User Experience (UX) design.
• Fluency in both English and French.
• Ability to obtain security clearance.
• Strong analytical skills, autonomy, and an innovative mindset.
