About the role
Responsibilities
- Accompany clients and users through complaint handling
- Contribute to the launch of new offers
- Assist customers with the online shop ordering process via chat and email
- Optimize customer satisfaction by ensuring timely responses
- Handle client and prospect requests via phone, email, and chat
- Qualify prospect needs and identify commercial opportunities in the CRM
- Enrich and maintain client data within the CRM
- Support commercial activity through proactive lead generation actions
- Contribute to the contracting process
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a BTS level degree in sales or customer relations (e.g., NDRC)
- Curious, motivated, and able to adapt quickly
- Rigorous, organized, and reactive
- Strong team spirit
