Apprenti Relation Client

Responsibilities

• Accompany clients and users through complaint handling
• Contribute to the launch of new offers
• Assist customers with the online shop ordering process via chat and email
• Optimize customer satisfaction by ensuring timely responses
• Handle client and prospect requests via phone, email, and chat
• Qualify prospect needs and identify commercial opportunities in the CRM
• Enrich and maintain client data within the CRM
• Support commercial activity through proactive lead generation actions
• Contribute to the contracting process

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a BTS level degree in sales or customer relations (e.g., NDRC)
• Curious, motivated, and able to adapt quickly
• Rigorous, organized, and reactive
• Strong team spirit
