Responsibilities

• Perform product transformations such as heading, filleting, and gutting fish
• Manage product merchandising, including display setup and price clarity
• Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, quality, and traceability regulations
• Prepare customer orders accurately
• Provide expert advice and sales assistance to customers

Requirements

• Enrolled in or preparing for a CAP, BAC PRO, or BTS Poissonnier-Écailler
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commercial mindset with a focus on customer service
• High willingness to learn and passion for the trade
