About the role
Responsibilities
- Update internal customer management tools, including contract editing, client updates, and device creation
- Process and record orders and contracts
- Calculate yield performance and monitor customer feedback
- Prepare administrative components for public tenders
- Manage work bookings and ensure booking compliance
- Support project management and training initiatives
Requirements
- Currently preparing for a BTS GPME, SAM, or NDRC degree
- Strong oral communication skills and comfort in customer-facing roles
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of teamwork
