About the role

Responsibilities

  • Update internal customer management tools, including contract editing, client updates, and device creation
  • Process and record orders and contracts
  • Calculate yield performance and monitor customer feedback
  • Prepare administrative components for public tenders
  • Manage work bookings and ensure booking compliance
  • Support project management and training initiatives

Requirements

  • Currently preparing for a BTS GPME, SAM, or NDRC degree
  • Strong oral communication skills and comfort in customer-facing roles
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of teamwork
