Apprenti/e HSE

Responsibilities

• Update the site's emergency plan, including a complete redesign and supporting teams in its implementation
• Improve the management of external companies by monitoring prevention plans and work permits
• Conduct field audits and coordinate awareness actions with internal teams and external contractors
• Support the deployment of Ball Operational Excellence (BOE) EHS standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement actions and monitor HSE indicators

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a License or Master's degree in HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) or equivalent
• Must have a valid apprenticeship contract (alternance)
• Previous experience through an HSE internship or apprenticeship is mandatory
• Proficiency in English
• Strong interpersonal skills, pedagogical sense, and autonomy
• Willingness to work in the field and within operational environments
