Responsibilities

• Participate in culinary mise en place and food preparation under the supervision of the Chef
• Contribute to plating and ensure the visual and gustatory quality of dishes
• Assist in the preparation of private breakfasts, lunches, and dinners
• Support receptions, tastings, and high-end gastronomic events
• Rigorously apply HACCP hygiene standards and maintain a clean workstation
• Follow technical sheets and internal procedures to ensure consistency

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a CAP, Bac Pro Cuisine, or BTS Hôtellerie-Restauration program
• Strong attention to detail and a high standard for quality
• Genuine interest in gastronomy and the world of wine/Champagne
• Professional attitude, polished presentation, and discretion for private clientele
• Strong team spirit and a desire to learn in a luxury environment
