Responsibilities

• Participate in 3D modeling using Revit and update digital models based on BIM Manager instructions
• Ensure model compliance with internal BIM standards and client-specific conventions
• Assist in BIM coordination by preparing clash reviews using tools like BIM Collab Zoom, Solibri, or Navisworks
• Contribute to data structuring, including nomenclature, parameters, and technical data enrichment for Revit Families
• Support project teams by assisting with technical documentation, user guides, and internal training
• Drive continuous improvement by testing digital workflows and maintaining Dynamo scripts

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master's program specializing in BIM, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Economics
• Proficiency in Revit and IFC is essential
• Strong command of office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
• Ability to read and understand technical English
• High level of rigor, organizational skills, and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of AutoCAD for 2D drafting
• Experience with 3D rendering tools such as Lumion or Photoshop
• Basic knowledge of programming or automation tools like Dynamo, Grasshopper, or Python
