Applied Scientist I

Responsibilities

• Apply expertise in LLM models to design, develop, and implement scalable machine learning solutions for complex language translation challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, data scientists, and product managers, to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Conduct thorough data analysis to identify patterns and drive actionable recommendations that enhance customer experiences across international marketplaces.
• Continuously explore and evaluate state-of-the-art modeling techniques and methodologies to improve translation accuracy and efficiency.
• Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience programming in Java, C++, Python, or related languages.
• Experience with SQL and an RDBMS (e.g., Oracle).
• Experience working with Data Warehouses.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing algorithms using both toolkits and self-developed code.
• Publications at top-tier peer-reviewed conferences or journals.
