Applied Research Scientist

Responsibilities

• Build ads delivery systems that deliver relevant products to users and drive business results
• Process and handle tens of billions of rows of data per day and manage high-throughput requests
• Integrate tabular, text, image, and video data into cohesive systems to improve ads delivery
• Run large-scale A/B tests to measure model performance and impact

Requirements

• Experience working with state-of-the-art Machine Learning and Deep Learning models to solve complex problems
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Proficiency with Deep Learning frameworks, preferably PyTorch
• Strong mathematical skills and the ability to understand and interpret complex data

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with large datasets and distributed computing frameworks
• Strong programming ability in C++ or Java in addition to Python
• Prior experience working specifically with recommendation models
