Responsibilities

• Collaborate with GTM teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment of ML solutions
• Build and present compelling Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to demonstrate AI capabilities
• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI-powered applications tailored to customer needs
• Contribute to the internal ML platform by adding features and resolving bugs
• Integrate and enable new machine learning models into the platform or client environments
• Improve system performance, efficiency, and scalability of deployed models
• Work with partners to enable joint AI solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, preferably in customer-facing roles
• Robust coding skills, specifically in Python
• Ability to lead and execute complex technical projects
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
• Hands-on experience fine-tuning ML models (SFT, RLHF, or RFT)
• Solid understanding of generative AI and enterprise infrastructure
