About the role

Responsibilities

  • Complete a two-year entry-level program consisting of four technical rotational assignments
  • Alternate between design engineering and manufacturing roles to gain diverse experience
  • Engage in technical problem-solving through advanced engineering coursework and formal presentations to senior leadership
  • Participate in professional development, including obtaining a GD&T Practitioner certification
  • Support the design and manufacturing of products across categories such as Refrigeration, Cooking, Dishwashers, and Air Conditioners

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or better) in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering field
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
  • Ability to work onsite in Louisville, KY

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous co-op or internship work experience
  • Demonstrated leadership roles on campus or within the community
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical problem-solving skills
  • A demonstrated desire for continuous learning and commitment to a technical engineering career
