About the role
Responsibilities
- Complete a two-year entry-level program consisting of four technical rotational assignments
- Alternate between design engineering and manufacturing roles to gain diverse experience
- Engage in technical problem-solving through advanced engineering coursework and formal presentations to senior leadership
- Participate in professional development, including obtaining a GD&T Practitioner certification
- Support the design and manufacturing of products across categories such as Refrigeration, Cooking, Dishwashers, and Air Conditioners
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or better) in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering field
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to work onsite in Louisville, KY
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous co-op or internship work experience
- Demonstrated leadership roles on campus or within the community
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical problem-solving skills
- A demonstrated desire for continuous learning and commitment to a technical engineering career
