About the role

Responsibilities

  • Complete a two-year entry-level rotational program consisting of four technical assignments alternating between design engineering and manufacturing
  • Engage in diverse engineering roles including quality improvement, cost reduction, product reliability, component testing, and process improvement
  • Participate in concurrent educational and professional development provided by the company during each rotation
  • Develop technical problem-solving skills through advanced engineering coursework and formal presentations to senior leadership
  • Obtain GD&T Practitioner certification as part of the program requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or better) in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering field
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
  • Ability to work onsite in Louisville, KY

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous co-op or internship work experience
  • Demonstrated leadership roles on campus or within the community
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical problem-solving skills
  • A demonstrated desire for continuous learning and commitment to a technical engineering career
