Applied Behavior Therapist

Responsibilities

• Implement Applied Behavioral Analysis, Discrete Trial Therapy, and Natural Environment Teaching
• Execute behavioral intervention protocols as instructed by the Case Supervisor or BCBA
• Implement prompt and prompt fading procedures
• Conduct social skills training for individuals or groups
• Collect, document, and graph client progress data using electronic devices
• Assist with assessment procedures as authorized by the BCBA
• Maintain up-to-date client information, targets, and reports in Rethink profiles
• Enter clinical notes in a timely manner
• Assist children with self-care, toileting, feeding, and grooming
• Communicate effectively with team members and provide precise handovers

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an ABA therapist, ideally with children with ASD
• Valid DHA or DOH license or eligibility
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles, techniques, and ethical guidelines
• Proficiency in data collection and analysis tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Fluency in English
• Knowledge of Arabic
