Applied Behavior Therapist

Responsibilities

• Implement Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), Discrete Trial Therapy, and Natural Environment Teaching for clients.
• Execute behavioral intervention protocols and prompt fading procedures as instructed by the Case Supervisor or BCBA.
• Conduct social skills training for clients in both individual and group settings.
• Collect, document, and graph client progress data using electronic devices and measurement procedures.
• Assist with assessment procedures and describe behaviors in observable and measurable terms.
• Maintain up-to-date client information, including Rethink profiles, targets, and clinical notes.
• Support clients with daily living skills such as self-care, toileting, feeding, and grooming.
• Communicate effectively with team members and incorporate supervisor feedback into session performance.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Valid DHA or DOH license or eligibility.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an ABA therapist, ideally with children with ASD or related developmental disorders.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles, techniques, and ethical guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• Proficiency in data collection and analysis tools.
