Applied AI/ML Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and deployment of AI/ML models to improve customer experiences and personalization
• Work with Data Analytics and Development teams to integrate models into production
• Design AI-based solutions using clustering, segmentation, and scoring techniques
• Oversee development of recommendation engines and predictive analytics
• Collaborate with data engineering to ensure data readiness and quality
• Implement and track AI performance using AIOps practices

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML
• 3+ years in a leadership or technical oversight role
• Expertise in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn
• Hands-on experience with AWS (preferably SageMaker)
• Proficiency in Python for AI/ML development
• Deep knowledge of data pipelines and real-time systems like Kafka
• Strong understanding of customer personalization and recommendation systems
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related technical field

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with MinIO and S3 for large dataset management
• Experience automating workflows with Airflow
• Exposure to LLM and RAG models
